Playing Grounds

We are fortunate to have some great facilities for cricket in Upper Hutt and we have a good relationship with the Upper Hutt City Council who manage the upkeep of the playing areas.

The club has a number of grounds around the Upper Hutt region. The grounds are generally associated to the age group.

Smash Play - Indoor Centre and Trentham Memorial Park

Y2 - 3 Dual Pitch - Whakatiki Park and Trentham Memorial Park

Yr 4 Softball - Harcourt Park

Yr 5 - 8 - Trentham Memorial Park (note there is a pitch on the Fergusson Drive side) and Heretaunga Park (Access at the end of Kiwi Street).

We welcome your feedback regarding the playing surfaces. If you wish to provide feedback regarding the grounds please contact your grade convenor or email  info@juniorcricket.co.nz and they will be addressed accordingly. This ensures the club is aware of any concerns and is also able to provide positive feedback to the Council as appropriate.​​​​​​​
